Financial Hardship Letter
If you are experiencing a financial hardship and would like to submit a letter of financial hardship to make payment arrangements, please fill out the form below with the following criteria:
- Financial Hardship Circumstances: Please provide a general description of the financial hardship.
- Tuition Break Down: Please outline:
- Down payment: Down payment must be between the amount of $300-$500. Please include the specific amount you are able to put down as the down payment. Down payment must be made prior to the last day of open enrollment.
- Monthly Payment Amount: Please specify a monthly amount that you will are able to pay over the course of your program. Tuition must be paid in full prior to graduation.
All requirements must be addressed in order for the letter to be reviewed
Processing: Please submit the letter of hardship as soon as possible to allow for 1-2 week
processing period.
Scholarships: Scholarship documents/letters must be received on letterhead from a program in good standing within five weeks of enrollment. Failure to submit the letter within the required timeline will cancel scholarship discount.
